needed a big change so i had a blast going blonde here! my stylist clara champed through like 4 hours of bleaching my long, virgin black hair like a boss and another stylist vanessa helped her sometimes too which saved a lot of time bc my hair's so thicc. they were both good company and super helpful and informative throughout the whole process. highly recommend for all your cosmetic needs ! 🩷

I recommend against anyone shopping here. The sales associates are rude and will lie to you in order to get a sale/force you to set up an account. I was forced to set up an account at my time of purchase or else I wouldn't be able to complete a return of the item purchased, even if I had a receipt. Then when I needed to return the defective item with a receipt and within 30 days, I was informed that an account was not set up at time of purchase so I would need to set up ANOTHER account in order to return the item, or they would only be able to give me the lowest dollar amount someone has paid for this item rather than the full price I paid. Employee and manager were unhelpful and rude. They refused to allow me make a purchase and return (a gift with the original receipt from less than 30 days ago) without setting up a second Ulta account. For some reason they needed a bunch of my personal information written on paper that they took. I was concerned about my information being taken and they said they didn't care because they aren't the ones selling it, and couldn't help me with anything without it. In addition they tried to refund the lowest amount any customer has paid for the returned item over the last 30 days, instead of the amount of the receipt. I referenced Ultas return policy and the manager said their store doesn't follow that because it's store specific and not in line with corporate. Still waiting to see what refund

Had the BEST experience at their salon yesterday! I swear I became besties with everyone. The girl who did my hair was absolutely amazing. She took my overgrown blonde, and turned it into a work of art! I’m definitely coming back to keep up with it. Thank you, I’m definitely feeling beautiful again

Staff are extremely rude,unhelpful, as well as the managers and automatically get bothered when simply asking for assistance this might come as a shock to them but your there TO WORK (i know work right god for bid you gotta move your hands and feet around) of course people are going to approach for your assistance!? Common sense there working in a CUSTOMER SERVICE field wouldn’t recommend this location at all . They should be ashamed to have these staff associates working for the ulta organization
