I have been going to Isabella to get my hair done for quite awhile now and I honestly would never want to book an appointment with anyone else. Ever since my very first appointment with her she has made my experience amazing. Not only does she care about making sure I’m getting exactly what I want but even in moments when I’m not sure what I want, she takes the time to help me figure out what she thinks would look best on me. She even gives me the confidence to try something new which is always nice. It doesn’t hurt either that she has an amazing personality which makes going to see her so much fun and enjoyable. I’ve never once left her appointments unsatisfied and I always look forward to my appointments with her. Thanks Izzy!!!

I’m not one to leave a bad review but I don’t know how the salon is still in service. Isabel criticized my hair during my appointment saying it doesn’t blow out nice (which I have no problem blowing my hair out and she’s the professional) plus she didn’t consult with me regarding the toner and used the wrong color and then I scheduled another appointment for Saturday to get highlights with someone else (an appt I booked 2 months ago) and she calls me 2 days before my appointment to say “she’s not good at highlights”… now I appreciate her calling me and being honest, but why was I even allowed to book highlights with someone that doesn’t feel comfortable doing them….

I had the pleasure of dealing with Anne who knows everything Clinique. She helped me and my friend figure out what would help brighten and clear up our skin. She showed us multiple products and explained within detail and made sure we understood her. Definitely knows what she’s talking about! Thanks so much great store either way friendly staff!

I was doing a shop and deliver doordash delivery. One of the reps there went above and beyond to help me find the items for the customer. Had it not been for her I would've been there for hours. Only took me 5 mins. Thank you so much. If you happen to get a doordash shop and deliver from this place. The staff are more than happy to help you out.

DO NOT GET HAIR DYED HERE,! Burnt my daughter’s hair off in October and still waiting for some acknowledgment. Corporate and the store just ignore you. I have a long list of names. It looks like small claims court will end up being the answer! So unprofessional!
