Nu is the most amazing person EVERRR! I walked in and was trying to figure out what I wanted to do and she swooped in and took care of everything! She knew exactly what i was looking for and guided me in the right direction. She is so kind and so supportive and so helpful. She’s genuinely absolutely amazing and this is the best experience I’ve ever had at any Ulta seriously. Nu is heaven sent!!

Went in with my mom who had been having some make up troubles lately. We were instantly greeted by Michael and he asked us if we needed any help. I told him what we were there for and he got to work. He took us over to the chairs and asked my mom what she had been using and what she liked. He found her perfect shade match on THE FIRST TRY!! He recommended and demonstrated a few products to help her get the products that were right for her. He was so sweet and welcoming and made us feel comfortable. He explained things in a way that didn’t make us feel like idiots. Very grateful for Michael and all his help, will definitely be looking for him next time we have any questions!💗

I went today start a new year of better makeup. I was greeted and introduced to Audrey to help me. Audrey was the BEST. She was so knowledgeable, gave me several choices of everything, and great tips. Shopping at Ulta Queen Creek was an awesome experience. Thank you.

Your store is unkind, rude, and disrespectful No one absolutely no one what’s to help and when they do they always seem to have an attitude as if you were bothering them to begin with, some girl with platinum blonde curly Afro hair pretty much pointed somewhere where I didn’t even see walked away and started testing makeup like really, your not going to walk me to where I need to go okay whatever, same person what a surprise!!!! I asked if she had a tester in this particular fragrance, she raised her voice at me! and said she was with a customer mind you she was just standing there not doing anything but looking helpless and irritated all I wanted to know was if there was tester she didn’t even have to move from the person just RUDE and distasteful behavior, I work in retail also and it’s

I went in the store today to.pick up some makeup I was out of,there always have a amazing assortment of beauty products. It's the only reason I shop here,but today has me questioning my choice,only because of the staff is not friendly at all. 1 employee(a male) pass me several times and didn't offer help or say hello,the 2 other employees were not any better at customer service. This Ultra store needs some lessons in customer service and the employees need to have a positive attitude. THERE'S ALWAYS Sephora in the same parking lot,I think next I will go there and spend my hard earned money!
