Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help - My wife and kids were here to shop and forgot a beanie in the store. Same day my wife called and spoke to a rep from the store who took my wife’s name and number and confirmed having found the beanie and is kept safe and that we can collect it when we visit. My wife and I came back to the store driving over an hour from South Jersey today and were told by Somayya who claimed to be the store manager that they are not able to find it. After requesting her to look for it, she didn’t seem willing to help or check with any staff or who was on duty the day we left the beanie. She showed no compassion or provide clarity to us on whether she will take time to ask around and if we should return in a certain time since we took a long drive.

According to Happy Returns this store accept “Happy Returns “ but when I got there, the lady on the register said they don’t do happy returns! Like what?! But when I checked the Happy Returns website, Ulta Lightcap, Pottstown branch is in there.

ARRIANA ARRIANA ARRIANA! If you ever come to this store come and see her! Such a wonderful human being and was willing to help us out with everything we asked / wanted. Really does deserve a pay rise too!

The manager Hailey is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the facility is so understaffed it is almost impossible to receive any help
