I gave Ulta in Tradition a chance after a previous bad experience at another Ulta, and unfortunately it was even worse this time. I came in for a simple root touch-up. I clearly explained to Crystal that I loved my existing cool-toned blonde and the way my hair looked, wanted to stay in the cooler color family, and only needed my new growth touched up with a lived in look, and a few front grays addressed. I specifically declined additional lowlights. Despite that, I left with what looks like a harsh reverse balayage. Large lower sections were darkened, the tone is much warmer than what I asked for, and the hair around my face was heavily bleached and ashy to “fix the grays,” leaving me with bright, chunky front pieces that completely changed my look and aged me. She is also very accommodating I needed a last-minute appointment and she managed to fit me in. Ulta Gave me the option to book With another stylist and I personally did not want that But Deeana made it happen. I trust her with my hair and trust her with my kids hair as well. Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Ulta! Darlene worked her magic on my moms hair haircut, roots, color, and highlights. The combination colors turned out absolutely perfect and beautiful. My mom is a hair stylist and nobody touched her hair in 10 years because she is very picky 🤫. Darlene really understood exactly what my mom wanted and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail and skill level are impressive. The whole experience was professional and enjoyable from start to finish. If you're looking for someone who can nail a rich, perfect color for your under tone while adding dimension with highlights, Darlene is definitely your stylist. Ulta Beauty is hands-down my favorite place to shop for beauty. The store is always clean, well organized, and stocked with everything from high-end brands to affordable staples. The staff is consistently friendly and genuinely helpful without being pushy—they actually listen and give great recommendations. I love the rewards program and how often there are deals and bonus points; it really makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Whether I’m restocking essentials or treating myself to something new, Ulta never disappoints. I always leave happy (and usually with more than I planned 😅). Highly recommend!

I took my sister to have her make up done for her wedding pictures. Delia was our make up artist and she was hands down AMAZING! Friendly, confident, energized and just a blast to have. She made sure my sister was heard and checked in with her every step of the way. She made it feel like we were just friends hanging out and having fun.
