Hello Sir jacob (For Cleo parks) Like always whenever I visit your ulta Pooler store I’m so glad you have this smiling cheerful clinique consultant Cleo parks working there , maybe it’s not just me a lot of other customers everyday must be having good customer assistance from her not only particularly just one brand but she is so familiar with all the products and brands in the store. Whenever I come to the store because of shortage of time I get long list of purchase and queries regarding skin and every time I buy her recommendations and all great I never have to come return or not even exchange, she knows very well what customer needs and will suit their skin type and tone. First let me state that typically I love shopping at the Ulta in Pooler . Christian typically seen in the Lancôme area always goes above and beyond and provides the best service . I went in today to get my foundation and the current magazine I received In the mail showed Génifique was on sale . I encountered Victoria who quickly turned my shopping experience into a negative experience. I showed her the paper I had that had been provided to me with the foundation color I needed , she was very unsure and finally gave me the color . I inquired about the Génifique that was advertised as 50 % off , she states maybe that’s pick up or ship only . Never once did she say let me check we have so many sales right now , I stress she came across annoyed . I pulled up the add to show her , she proceed

Booked an appt for 12pm with a stylist to get my strip lashes done and I wasnt serviced until around 1240pm. During the whole duration not once was i acknowledged by her. I wasnt even sure who she was because after checking in I was just told to have a seat and they would let the stylist know. I was ignored by a supervisor after approaching her for assistance. She kept walking as if I didn't exist.She was busy telling her employees to be help customers but she failed to do the same when the opportunity arised. I had to walk all the way to front and get assistance from another associate, which was dofficult to find.Seemed alot of the employees were trying to avoid assisting anybody. I went to the salon in Pooler, GA, for a haircut, but my stylist was ill. The manager, Jacob, was helpful and offered to reschedule with another professional since I had an important trip. I think the substitute didn't understand or she ignored my haircut references. The result was a disastrous cut, with excessive bangs and poor styling, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. She was nice to me but I think she's not ready for the position she has. Despite the manager's help, the final experience was terrible. Now, I have to travel with a haircut I dislike, something I never imagined would happen.
