I recently got a blowout at Ulta and had a great experience! Samiyah was friendly and did an amazing job. My hair looked smooth and full of volume. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m writing this review with genuine pain and frustration after my experience at the Ulta Salon in Bonita, Pompano Beach. I was there from about 3:45 PM until nearly 9:40 PM, and what should have been a simple color and haircut appointment turned into a devastating experience. I came in with clear inspiration photos and trusted the stylist with something incredibly important to me. My hair is a huge part of my image, my confidence, and how I show up in the world. Instead of what I asked for, I walked out with brassy orange hair, a terrible blowout, and a haircut so poorly done it looks like my hair was chopped unevenly. There is no way to style it—no matter what I do, it looks bad. I left feeling embarrassed, defeated, and honestly heartbroken. Spending nearly six hours in the salon only

Shurlis was amazing! She helped me with my return, I was confused about a purchase that i had made thinking there was I discount that should’ve been applied to my receipt however, that was not the case for these products that I specifically picked. So when I went back, she was very welcoming, very patient and super friendly and she assisted me with my returns She explained thoroughly I still what would be a better option since I had new items that I wanted to purchase and then I had told her that I really liked the pen she was using, which she offered me right away! 💕 which I found really sweet. Shurlis needs a raise because also saw that she was very welcoming to the other customers as well.

I go monthly to The Salon at Ulta Beauty & they used Redken products which I love. Myla is so wonderful does an amazing job and she found the perfect hair color for me. Easy to book appts, beyond great prices for treatments and never crowded in the salon.

I get my hair styled by Dani in the salon here and she is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and great with a pair of scissors. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone
