I had such a great experience with Presley! Before we started, she gave me a very thorough consultation so we were both on the same page about what I wanted. She was extremely personable, full of energy, and so kind - I almost forgot we were inside an Ulta instead of a traditional salon because we chatted the whole time. The scheduling process online was super easy, and most importantly, my hair turned out exactly how I asked! I absolutely love it! I would definitely recommend seeing her.

I went in for a all over color, Blue. She did state that she ran out of the original color she chose to use, I said ok if you have enough of the other color I picked that works too. I should have realized that when I took this picture, it is obvious that the dye was diluted and not very blue. I have only washed my hair 4 times in the last 25 days, always in cold water, but as you can see from the picture of the top of my head, there is no color. My greys should be blue, they are not.

Presley did an amazing job on my hair today! She was personable, professional and I left feeling great about myself! Will be back!

I came to get some new products for myself and my husband and left feeling like this is the Ulta I always want to come back to. Everyone was kind and helpful but Shayla specifically was so helpful in helping me find the shade that looked best on me and finding what I wanted.

Kim was very helpful in assisting with finding the right product for me. She also helped me test the product to make sure it matched my skin and showed me exactly how to apply. I appreciate her taking time to make sure it was perfect!
