Lost my make up bag and flew into MA for a wedding. Decided to book hair and make up at Ulta Plymouth with Isabella M-zero regrets. My make up was flawless and I’ve never had anyone do my thick hair so fast. I loved my look and had great conversation during the session. 10/10 recommend, wish I lived closer !

i believe her name was mckenzie, she had long copper hair. she’s a great worker!! i came in and she was heading on her break, i had asked her a question about hair product not realizing she was on her break and she took 10 minutes of her personal time to show me good products. and she was right!! gave me great recommendations, super knowledgeable, and very friendly. store was also clean, organized, and great staff all around!

I just went to Ulta for the first time after realizing I flew to Boston for my niece’s wedding and forgot makeup. Oops! Ran to Ulta last minute and found Nate, who was an absolute godsend. His advice was impeccable and he was so nice to work with. Incredibly helpful and such great positive energy. I would absolutely return to this store just to get his help. Highly recommend the store and especially Nate!

I was thrilled to go to the store however by the time I reach the back of the store I couldn't stand the heat, I was told that they have had no a/c for two years!!!! Stating that the AC was broken. I can't imagine that the company that owns the building would allow that. Or if that is actually legal. That's pretty bad to have employees work under those circumstances this is 2025! The manager who runs that store should be fired. I had to Leave the store less than 510 minutes!
