Having moved to Plant City from another county hours from where I was born and raised, I was not so concerned of starting a new life here as much as finding a great hairdresser. I had the best at the Ulta in Hialeah Gardens where I would also travel from another city because it was worth it. Hair and nails is priority to me, so distance was not a factor. I decided to book an appointment at the Ulta in Walden Lake and randomly chose Xiomara. Very rare are my gut feelings wrong and I strongly believe that. I had booked for my mother in law and myself so I better get this right; Xiomara greeted us in the most warmth and biggest smile. Xiomara is an amazing hair stylist! She gave me the exact cut and style that I wanted even though I didn't have a photo to show her so I could only explain. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will definitely be back! Lovely layers with lots of bounce and my hair feels healthy again!

Wow, is all I can say. Vanessa did such an amazing job on my hair!! She is so sweet, gentle, and TALENTED! I absolutely love the way the blend and tone came out. My hair looks, smells and feels healthy. 10/10 service. All the of the women there were so kind. My new happy place.

First I would like to make it clear, this review is not about the brand or the company. This review applies to this store only. I used to get hair care products at this store. I have locks and when I couldn't find what I wanted I asked a sales lady about products. I asked where I would find ethnic hair care products. She told me they no longer carry those products. I left. I won't be back. I don't recommend this store if you have a need for African American hair care products.
