I frequent this Ulta a lot because it's near my house, but the experience I had yesterday has me not wanting to ever return to another Ulta. The original salesperson who helped me was funny, and I did warn her I'm a bit of a struggle to color match because my undertone is a true neutral and I'm a lot darker than I look. Though we were laughing about it, she brought her coworker in and that's when things went SOUTH. This lady had a bitchy attitude from the start, like she was being put upon to help her coworker. She was pushing a brand I had said I didn't really like, but would try. Karen first did my hair 10 years ago, and from then on she’s been my only Hairdresser I’ve seen. She has done some incredible things with my hair. She is upbeat and loves her job. Always a fun session.

I’ve always gone to this location but today it felt a little different. When I’ve gone alone in the past, usually one person asks me if I need any help. This time around I went with my 13 year old daughter and we were going down every single aisle because she wanted to look at EVERYTHING. For some reason it just felt like we were being followed. Any time we were going down an aisle there was an employee acting as if they were doing something with a shelf and asking us for the 8th time if we needed any help. I twisted the cap on a body scrub that did not have a cover to smell it and a staff member popped up telling us to not open the product. WE HAD NOT (it did not have a plastic cover over) proceeded to ask if we needed help ONCE again. I was annoyed ten minutes into the entire experience.

The customer service at this store is great but I am writing this more about a product than anything else that a sales associate pushed heavily. I went into buy my Lancome moisturizer but she insisted that Peach and Lilly had the same ingredients less the toxins and would work the same for less a lot less. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I have been using Peach&Lilly Miniprotein Exosome and Peach&Lilly Firming Moisturizer. First of all I have normal skin and after 2 months of use it has dried out my skin, my firmness has disappeared. At first, I thought you are imagining things so I continued using it. NO! I started using my old product Lancome and in no time one week my skin is back to normal and the firmness is returning. Do not push products as everyone's skin does not react the same. Lancome has
