Went in to get my hair fixed from a salon nightmare i experienced and Martisa was so helpful and got my hair looking amazing!!! Couldn’t be happier with the results she was so nice and helpful I will deff go to her again!!!!!

Came to return an item, I had the receipt and the item was not opened. The item was purchased two days prior. My boyfriend mistakenly bought the wrong item. The manager, Kelsey, told me the item could not be returned and that was Ulta policy. I explained, and tried to show online, that it says the policy requires proof of purchase and the item to be returned. Ulta even has extended holiday return items. I’m a platinum member with Ulta and have no plan to return to the plainfield store. i called customer service and they explained that the manager was wrong and that a receipt is proof of purchase to return. Would not recommend this location since they don’t follow ulta policies or are too lazy to do returns.

Great customer service. Great variety of supplies and items. Love the store. They just need to be on top of restocking the shelves. Most of the time when we are in, items are not there or low in stock, or out of stock. Ulta is a high demand store for young ladies and men I should say. It is necessary to keep it well stock for sales!

The ladies in here are always super nice and helpful. The girl working the clinique area on Friday 9/19 (I cannot remember her name, im the worst with names ) was super helpful with my eyeliner problem. And truly.. I am amazed by the eyeliner she sold me. And she helped me I regards to some skin care routines. Thank you

Came here looking to find my fiancee a perfume she liked. We couldn't decide on any, but they had a pretty good selection. We also looked at hair products and makeup. Their prices are kind of high, but they have pretty much anything you could want.
