I came last night and the manager, (who I think was named Corryn) was incredible! The store was super busy and it looked like there were only two people on staff, but she handled the rush like a total pro. she was super helpful and stayed positive the entire time, making sure every single customer was taken care of without feeling rushed. It’s rare to see someone maintain that level of grace and kindness under such pressure. thank you Corryn for the amazing service!

I went to Ulta with the idea that I need to upgrade my foundation to better match my skin tone (don’t want the Trump orange glow) The associate assigned me Erik who was friggin fantastic. So knowledgeable and witty! I thoroughly enjoyed my little “me” adventure and I’m so thankful I got to spend it with Erik! Highly recommend for knowledge and kindness.

My first time visiting Ulta Fox Chapel location I was returning a purchase I made online. A very helpful young lady by the name of Chynna helped me with my return. She was so helpful that she actually took time out to help me install an app on my phone. That is what customer service is all about! Ulta corp. I have advice for you, give this girl a raise because nowadays people like Chynna are hard to come by!

I followed my favorite stylist from an Ulta Location that was geographically better for me and have felt welcome at this location by all staff and mgmt. Pittsburgh is a city where crossing a bridge is a chore, but Shyloh is worth the drive! They have worked magic with my hair goals over the years even when I suggest something chemically challenging. Absolute GOAT for all hair types and expressions. If you can't get a booking with Shyloh, I suggest one of the people they've mentored, especially Jade!

I followed my stylist to this Ulta, and it has definitely been worth the drive up 28. Not only do they have the best vivid hair colorist in Pittsburgh (Shyloh), but the rest of the staff have been incredibly welcoming and helpful as well!
