I went in the Pittsburg, KS store just after Christmas to look for a concealer. A young lady named Marina helped me not only find the Estee Lauder concealer but tried it on me, then after I also decided to look at foundation, she expertly found my perfect shade along wirh the perfect shade of lipstick. Next. I asked if they carried Wow hair products. She said they did not, but took me over to another brand that she thought I would like and she was right. We also visited on a personal level, which was nice. She was a fantastic saleswoman without high pressure, and I was impressed by her knowledge of the cosmetics and hair products, making sure I was getting the right shade and product for my needs. She was also so kind and took the time to help this 69 year old woman find just what was need

Very disappointing experience. I came in for an item that showed in stock online and asked an associate for help. I was told they didn’t have it without anyone actually checking, and the associate was dismissive and walked away while I was still speaking. I later placed an online order, which showed ready for pickup. When my daughter went to pick it up, they wouldn’t release it without my ID, which I understand is policy, but the attitude during the process felt intentionally unhelpful. I was then told the item had been boxed up in the back, which makes the initial interaction even more frustrating. Poor customer service overall.

So great to have a store local instead of having to go all the way to Joplin for restocks! It’s a little smaller than others, but I’ve always found what I needed so far. Employees are kind and helpful and knowledgeable when I ask questions!

Both of the ladies who served us were excellent. I wish I knew their names. The one who color matched my mother and the cashier were helpful & patient. I would definitely return.
