Athena B did my hair and I absolutely love it. I will be going back to her from now on. She is absolutely amazing. She made sure she cut my hair the way I asked but made sure it would still look good with my curly hair. She also was very nice to talk too. 100% recommend her for a haircut.

Navigating the store to locate specific items proved challenging. Despite encountering several employees, I did not receive assistance until I approached the cashier. The cashier's exceptional customer service and willingness to offer support were greatly appreciated.

I had never been in an Ulta before and thought I'd see what they have since L'Oreal stopped making my lipstick. Tiffany approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything, I explained why I was there and she promptly took me to an area where she offered a few comparable choices. You can even return used products of you decide your not happy with them! I'll definitely go back when I have time to browse! They have a large selection of products and fragrances.

I Love my girl Athena she is #1 stylist! Shes on point with my color and cut all the time! If you haven’t tried her well you need to! So happy I met her❤️

Went to get a lip wax. The receptionist told me to come back at 1:30 as the person was on break. Came back at 1:28 and the receptionist register me and said the person would be out shortly for me. The receptionist came back out a couple minutes later and asked if I could wait about 10more minutes as she had a meeting. It seems like nobody there wants to work. On top of that the perfume smell in the entire building was so potently strong and gave me a headache. We’ll never go there again.
