Ulta Beauty

The store is clean and they have plenty of merchandise. Unfortunately that is where positive review. The employees are not friendly here. I shop at 2 Santa Rosa locations and this Petaluma one and consistently get rude service here. I don’t ask for any help while here but you have interaction with employees while you are paying. The women at the check out counter seem miserable and not friendly. I have felt like I’m inconveniencing the employees while simply buying product. This store is in a nice location with other shops but sadly not anywhere I would want to revisit.

Morgan at the Petaluma ULTA was excellent. She greeted me immediately, gave me a nice overview tour of ULTA since it was my first time there, helped me find and choose the right hair equipment, and was friendly and charming throughout. What an excellent employee Morgan is. She is a keeper. Thanks, Morgan!

Renee did such an amazing job with my hair!! I have paid 3x this at other salons and not been nearly as satisfied. She was kind, quick, efficient, and lovely to chat with! Would HIGHLY recommend her over any of the overpriced salons in Petaluma!!

Went here to get some stuff they were out ok I understand that its the holidays, but they wouldn't call other store and ask if they had stock then told me I had to ok i would but there's also no signal in building...result was not buying items I needed... the girl did give me a sample which I appreciated after I had asked her continuously

Nicely organized Ulta Beauty store. There are makeup consultants on hand to help out. The store carries cosmetics and skincare brands, men's and women's fragrances, nail products, bath and body products, beauty tools and haircare products. Basically tons of beauty stuff! (It's inside the Target complex right off the East Washington St. freeway exit). There's also a random Tesla charging station in the parking lot.
