I had my first Ulta Signature Curly Haircut and a wonderful experience thanks to my stylist, Marilyn. She was absolutely amazing—very nurturing, professional, and communicative throughout the entire service. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but I truly appreciated and trusted her professional judgment, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in her care. The base cost of the service was $82, and I was also recommended the Cecred Repair and Hydration Treatment for an additional $32, which my hair genuinely needed. If it’s your first time going, just be aware that add-on services may be suggested, and you could end up paying more than originally anticipated. Overall, I would love to return and receive more services from Marilyn in the future. She is truly a special stylis

I had an uncomfortable experience during my visit that could have been avoided with clearer communication and a more customer-focused approach. While testing makeup on my arm, I looked for something to clean it off and reached for what appeared to be part of the skincare display. I later learned that this area was actually an employee storage cabinet designed to look like a display wall, which had been left open with no indication that it was employee-only. From a customer perspective, it was easy to mistake it as part of the shopping area. I understand that shoplifting can be a concern in beauty stores, especially during the holiday season. I went in today and after finding all of my products, Liv in the front was so kind and helpful. She had great energy and just wonderful customer service . I already love this Ulta but I will definitely be back.

Wish I can give zero stars!! I only gave one to say what I gotta say i wemt to bring my girls for a 15 min tinsel mind you online only allowed me to book one person I go into the store and waited when she finally came she was super nasty didnt greet said right away which one was I getting it done with once I said both she got very nasty wouldn't even let me get a word in she was to busy for 2 14 minute tinsel job super unprofessional wont be going there for a thing from the same lady her name was jacquelyn! Sometimes people wont take you because of how little your paying for a job smh!

I had a disappointing experience at this Ulta location. I purchased a lip oil, but the applicator was broken—the doe-foot was stuck all the way at the bottom-and the product kept leaking. When I first told an employee about the issue, she seemed lost, couldn't locate the product, and didn't really help me. I eventually had to find the replacement myself. I also had to stand in line twice. Instead of helping me the first time I waited, I was told to get back in line again once I had the product. When I finally got to the cashier, Andy, the interaction was very off-putting. When I explained that the lip oil was leaking, she dismissively said, "They all leak," which simply isn't true. The tone was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, what should have been a simple even exchange too
