Just to preface this review, I never wear make up and know nothing about it. A Few days before our wedding my husband and me went into Ulta in Patchogue to find help for tan lines he had on his face. We went in explained what the issue was and Matt provided us with the best product to solve our issue. Matt deserves nothing but praise!

I had an amazing experience at the Patchogue location on 1/10/26. I have a lot of anxiety going into stores and shopping for makeup. The women there were so nice! They made me feel comfortable and collaborated together to get the right color matches for me. I left feeling confident in the products I was buying. Thank you to everyone! 🫶🏽

i went recently to your store and i had difficult time looking some makeup products for my mom and i didnt know a couple of things about any porducts, but one of your associates named allie came by and saw me that i was struggling and offered to help. her service was early good, she was very informative about skin care and very helpful, even the cashiers were nice and the other associates too. lila was also another one too she helped me pick out my dads colonge. and all together i had good experience would go again.

I booked a hair service with ulta for the first time for a blow out, I made the appt with Dawn. When i walked in I was greeted so kindly! However Im not sure if the hairstylist was not having a good day, she was acting a bit unprofessional by asking Jackie to do my hair instead which ended up being such an amazing service. Jackie welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable, my hair came out so beautiful and exactly how i wanted it! If you looking to book Jackie was a 10/10 sweet and lovely personality!

Super bummed. I rushed to get to Ulta before their listed 8PM close time to purchase something I needed for tomorrow -- I even rearranged my evening errands to make sure I arrived in time. I got to the store at 7:15PM, the same time 3 other customers arrived, and the doors were locked. We knocked on the glass and a cashier with short blonde hair and glasses mouthed "we're closed". I knocked again, pointed to the sign and she just continued to mouth "we're closed" along with something else I couldn't discern, as I am not a lipreader. She then walked off.
