I feel bad for not asking names, but the employees today were very nice and helpful. Specifically, a youngish brunette woman, who helped me color match. Not only did she show me 5 different foundations, she answered all my questions and gave me skincare samples, that I already love, and will be back for. I ended up getting the Clinique tinted moisturizer she recommended, and love it! Thank you for the great customer service and kindness!

I was lowkey upset with the two associates the other day & how I felt mislead with the $10 off of $50 coupon. I tried to use it but was told it’s not eligible with prestige items. So I went to put back the items & tried searching for non-prestige items. I didn’t want to hold up the line so the cashier said no problem, she’ll suspend the transaction & once I’m done get back in line. Well when it was my turn to check out, another associate helped me. She proceeds to scan the coupon & the new non-prestige items. The coupon didn’t work still. She told me oh it’s because you already used it with your earlier transaction & on that transaction there still prestige items.I was mislead into thinking I can still use my coupon if I switched out the items. 1st associate never mentioned that I won’t be

Came here on Black Friday with a one year old and it was so chaotic I grabbed the wrong shade of the Kylie skin tint (40% off) while grabbing other gifts and Steven was running around being so pleasant and helpful and helped me multiple times. Came back yesterday to exchange the shade and I saw that he was there and I went over to him and he asked if I needed help and I said yes please! He helped me color match the perfect shade and I went up to the register to pay and there was an issue since I purchased it on sale. The girl ringing me up called for a manager and that's when I realized Steven was the manager! He of course helped me out and just an overall amazing experience. Thanks Steven, you're amazing!

Very poor customer service‼️ If I can give negative star I will.Very lazy and unkind employees! I come here all the time only cos it is close to my route but I guess I will rather drive the long distance to spend my money at a location that is worth it Window signage says they close at 9pm,door was locked at 8:15pm.Employees were in there acting like ghosts and they were right in front of me and could see them through the glass door. A simple signal to show that they were closed would have been nice but they were all there acting like they didn’t know there was anyone at the door.I was even knocking on the window seeking for help because I thought the door was faulty not knowing they had actually closed. How can you have closing hour as 9pm on your door signage as and your door is locked

This has to be one of the worst Ulta locations I’ve ever visited. Every time I go in, there are at least four or five employees standing around, and the store is never busy—but no one seems willing to help. I went in last week and counted five employees: two at the register (with no customers), and three on the floor. When I asked for assistance, one associate asked the two MAC employees if they could help me. They responded, “Only if she’s buying MAC products.” 😟 Reluctantly, the first associate offered to help. I told her the two brands I wanted to try, and she went to get them. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I found her back behind the register!
