I went to the store and firstly no one greeted me. I see other customers being greeted well but not me. I spent 2 hours in the store and no one bothered to asked me if I needed any help. I was very disappointed seeing the staff asking everyone else if they are doing okay or whether they needed any help. I felt so bad. . I finally went and asked someone to help me find my shade , who was busy on her phone and she gave me a look as if I was bothering her. It was the worst experience ever. I never write any reviews but this experience was so bad that I had to write one. I hope they start treating their customers better.

Im doing this review specifically for tati and no one else but tati. From the moment I walked through the doors she greeted me and asked me if I needed help with a pleasant smile and from that moment the rest was history I was in the store for almost an hour because i didnt refuse one item she suggested and she helped me find everything I needed from makeup to fragrances and let me not forget to mention she knows her stuff ill recommend her service at this location to everyone beautiful person

I usually love shopping at this Ulta location, but today’s experience really annoyed me. An employee asked if I needed help, and I politely said, no thank you to which she then replied, Oh, well you looked lost, in a tone that came off rude and unnecessary. I didn’t realize browsing meant I had to explain myself or come to strictly buy something. I was shopping around to see what I can get as a gift for someone and a sometimes you just want to look around. It really changed the mood of my visit, which is disappointing since I normally enjoy coming here.

This review is specifically for Sydney. I recently switched from a different salon, and I am so glad I did. The precision and care she takes with coloring and cutting hair is exceptional. Thank you so much Sydney! I hope this review finds its way to you 💕
