I was just in. The associate Charles was very nice & helpful. It also nice to meet a sales associate whose very passionate about fragrances. Big shout-out to Charles. Made my purchase (YSL Y Iced) an awesome experience. 👍🏼

I'm am NOT coming back after how I was treated yesterday. I called two weeks in advance to ask for a haircut and asked for a stylist who could cut coils. They told me they could and that my stylist cuts hair like mine. Two weeks later, the day of the hair cut and my stylist stared at me and said "I can't cut your hair" and I was confused because I was told she could cut my hair and I was disappointed. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, but I would have to upgrade to a specific hair stylist who could cut my hair type but I would have to pay for a signature curl cut instead of a "normal haircut". That's double the price. ($47 for a "REGULAR" cut ; $62 for a haircut thats the SAME THING BUT MORE EXPENSIVE FOR HAIR TYPE?) And asked me to go to Strongsville to get it cut. I walked down the

B and ivory helped me and my cousin finding our foundations and perfumes and very nice and very friendly. I am happy with my purchase and definitely will be back to buy some more if you feel like your loss or need help just ask for be an ivory. They will totally help out.😊

Will never step foot in there again. Although I was greeted when I walked in that was it! I spent the next 10 minutes trying to find a new foundation. It, Estée Lauder, Bobby Brown, Lancôme each one approximately $50, I was willing to spend the money, but after being completely ignored, I am headed to Sephora.

I went to Ulta to get my eyebrows done and Monica was fantastic! She was friendly, professional, and took her time to shape my brows perfectly. I’m so happy with how they turned out—easily the best experience I’ve had. Highly recommend her!
