The lady Abby and the staff very unprofessional and the lady Abby is very racist. I got there at 7:58 just needed to exchange. I had my receipt and everything was just trying to exchange something for my wife and they locked the doors I was knocking on the door. They was right in front of me and I sat there for five minutes trying to get their attention by nicely just knocking on the door. It’s a glass door. They was looking at me and then looking the other way acting like I’m not there, there’s customers in the store and I kept trying to get their attention just to trade in for an exchange for a different color make up. I waited there until 810. The lady told me female can’t let you in. I don’t know who you are last time I checked, could Alta store or anywhere? This is America. I am male.

My daughter and I were in here and due to the fact that I couldn't place my order online, so I was using my phone to basically finna everything I had in my cart. We must've been in the area too long bc here comes the clerk "straightening " the lip gloss on the same aisle. Thank goodness we were done really, and I Def asked her about coming over there to watch us. Of course she claims no, but the management Def sent her. Your management sucks here. Only my second time here since they've come and i most likely will make it my last bc I don't see the next experience going well.

The young girl at checkout was very rude and hostile because I did not want to sign up for their "free rewards card" by providing my mobile number. I said "no thank you" one time, but she would not give it up. She made me argue with her for minutes. Although, I did not argue, I just kept saying "no" and "no thank you". I do not like to give out my personal information. I was happily going to purchase $100 of makeup, but now I will never return back. I will give my business else wear. I like to be treated with respect when giving my hard earned money to an establishment. I do not know the girl's name but I know that other employees witnessed the event.

Amazing customer service every time I’ve ever been in the store! The ladies I’ve dealt with were kind, helpful, and knew their products! Yesterday was no exception! ☮️❤️

the lady with the white hair and glasses that works there is rude. not a pleasant shopping experience, ended up leaving with nothing and spending the money elsewhere. the younger girls there were sweet though.
