Ulta Beauty

Lucila (sp?) was so attentive and helpful, they quickly arrived and were very insightful about Ouai products and mentioned the beauty events this month, which I’ll definitely look out for. A gals gotta take advantage of sales in this economy!

Every time I shop at this Ulta, there is a young lady Mia,who goes above and beyond. She is consistently kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always smiling. She truly makes the experience enjoyable and represents Ulta so well. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Don’t schedule an appointment here if you have an event or anything time sensitive :/ showed up for a blowout/makeup since I’m in town last minute; and was told my stylist (Maddy?) was 30 minutes away, when I arrived. Then I was only offered a chance to reschedule (?) and a sympathetic frown from the guy at the front desk. I did book a bit close to my appointment (3-4 hours prior), however the appointment was available to book, so I assumed everything would be good to go and if there were any scheduling issues I’d be contacted, like if I had booked at my ulta at home. This was pretty frustrating, I understand things happen but a call beforehand would have been professional. Very pretty girl named Marina at the register up front was very understanding and apologetic and made me feel a lot

I went into Ulta the day before Christmas Eve, looking for a certain fragrance, and I asked the girl working at the Mac Station and she Didn’t look up at me while she sitting down writing stuff down in her book and she told me they don’t carry the fragrance in that store and I asked her if There was something Similar to that and with a rude tone, she told me she’s never smelt it so she wouldn’t know what would be similar in the store. I would’ve understood if she would’ve said sorry I don’t know, but her tone was very unwelcoming. She looked like she didn’t want to be there I don’t usually complain, but for customer service was not good it makes me Not want to go to that location at all

I went to this location yesterday and was helped by Kristen this lady went above and beyond to help me. Her personality and costumer service was absolutely outstanding! Her patience’s with me was remarkable. You can tell from her demeanor that she was there to help and she kept a smile while doing it. I let her know that she was amazing but I had to leave a review about her. She deserves a raise because this is what customer service is supposed to be. Thank you Kristen
