I purchased a curling iron. I did not like. When I went in to return it, Anahi helped me with find another curling iron to fit my liking. She was patient and friendly. Really appreciated her great customer service.

Great store with lots of variety, but horrible customer service. I walked in there fully intending to invest in a full skin care routine. I also had some makeup needs I would’ve liked to address. I wandered around for over five minutes, looking down the aisles till somebody finally asked me what I was looking for. I told her I wanted Peter Thomas Roth, which is a very high-end skin care brand. I was told “it’s back there”. I walked back found the product I was interested in … there wasn’t a mirror in sight that I could try so I wondered around half the store trying to find a mirror. Finally found one … did not like the way the primer I picked looked so I tried to wipe it off .. no Kleenex.. I’m wandering around looking for Kleenex. I love coming to this location for the salon I wish they would have thier own Google reviews but I will a two for one, I'll start with the Salon, Chissell and McKenna are always the best hair stylist and always are ready for something new and fresh to give me, I've been seeing both of them since 2020 (covid) time and I never left! And will NEVER leave them I will go ever they go! Now the store, I do like coming in there to get some make up and hair products but I find that, this location is always a mess! The samples ot the foundation is always being picked at or thier is lipstick everywhere. Someone needs to be walking around and checking some these high school kids that get dropped off because I know its them making the mess! This is my favorite store ever! The wide variety of products, the ability to sample items before buying, and the wide range of prices makes it a very sought-after place. I love the cleanliness and organization and friendly, helpful staff members I always find what I come in for, whether it's a high-end perfume, or a cheap mascara. Ulta is the place to shop for all your beauty needs!
