Ulta Beauty

The Oxford Ulta just lost two loyal customers. We came in ready to spend and were completely ignored. When we asked about Dior (after literally seeing the sign 😭), we were told Ulta doesn’t carry it — period. We’ve spent plenty at Ulta over the years, but after how we were treated today, we’ll be shopping at the Batesville Ulta from now on. They can have our business, our dollars, and our loyalty — because clearly Oxford doesn’t want it

I will give one star purely because of how management handled the situation and took care of me after my experience. I went in for a balayage and cut with the stylist who has done my brows a few times. I thought I would give her a shot on my hair, sent her an inspo picture and we chatted BEFOREHAND about how I expected it to take a couple sessions because of a previous at home dye and because my hair is so dark. I made it very clear that my hair has warmer undertones and that cooler shades would need to be used. My appointment was at 4 PM and I was told to expect an hour and 45 to 2 hours. I didn’t leave the salon until after 9 PM! I finally realized when she FaceTimed her manager for help that it was beyond repair. I would’ve appreciated so much more if she just thought what I wanted was

Kierra a sales associate who works at the Oxford MS location, took the time to help my find an item that i could not locate. I was impressed by her knowledge of the products the store had on hand. I "doordash" and time is of essence to me , she had me out of the store, with product in hand, within minutes... thanks!!

Breanna helped me find what I needed!! Was so patient and giving me all the info I needed!!! Such an amazing employee so nice to me, definitely made a friend and will be going back for her!!

The only reason this is getting a 5 star is because Liv and Ayden were helping me and being super educational and helpful. They need to combine their powers more often ! Such a great group of ladies yall have!🫶
