Rude employees, take your business elsewhere. An employee walked a customer over near where I was & immediately took up a ton of space without saying excuse me or anything & then turned her back to me as if cutting me off while I was shopping. I immediately put down my items & left because I felt so uncomfortable there. If I were to enter someone else’s personal space I would be sure to at least apologize. Her wig was literally touching me & now I just feel disgusting & I’m done for the day. This is also sadly not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at Ulta in general…even at another location, so perhaps it’s a culture issue that Ulta as a company needs to work with their employees on.

Justice at Ulta Beauty was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and helpful, and managed to assist me in such a short amount of time without ever making me feel rushed. I loved her personality and positive energy—it honestly made my whole visit better. This was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience, and I hope to get help from her again!

I'm from out of town and came in for a few things. During checkout I realized my wallet, which I definitely had when I came in, was gone. I panicked! My license, room key, other credit cards were in there. The gal at the register, Theresa, stopped what she was doing, and back tracked thru the store looking for my wallet. And she found it!! Evidently I had sat it down on a shelf! I would not have found it if not for her. Thank you, Theresa, for saving my trip and my sanity. 💜 If I could give you 10 stars, I would!!

This Ulta location is a mixed experience. The selection of products is decent, and the store is generally clean and well-stocked. However, customer service can be inconsistent. Some staff members are helpful, while others seem less engaged or knowledgeable. Overall, this location is a passable option if you know exactly what you need and can navigate the store independently. However, if you're looking for an exceptional or consistently positive experience, consider other beauty retailers.

I'm always welcomed into the store. Employees usually don't engage with me which is fine because I prefer to shop on my own. What I don't appreciate is when I need clarification on a sale and it needs three people to see that the sign is confusing and doesn't say that my item is excluded but then the third person won't honor it. I put every back immediately. I also don't appreciate security following me around when I stop in with my gym bag (this location is next to an LA fitness) and being told by the manager that I should just leave the bag in my car if I don't want to be profiled.
