I shop there a lot, and the many times I have been checked out by Saleia, She has had attitude under her tone, I have had one occasion where I asked for her help on finding the WOW spray, she looked me up and down and pointed in the back and walked away. I was not pleased with her unprofessional customer service.

Had a doordash order and I no absolutely nothing about make up and the girl that helped me was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MADDY!

I went to actually to buy a flat iron from Ulta but I seen they had purple hair color and I liked it. But the girl Kendra didn't tell me if you have long hair you may need 2 boxes of hair color so I just bought 1 and there was not enough hair color for my hair and I got spots of hair not colored. And also today I went to the store and even talked to the manager Lauren and told her what happened she didn't care. I said well I think that you as a manager would try to make things right but she said I can't do anything because you used the hair color . But also Kendra did not tell me that I needed to buy 2 boxes of hair color either. The people over there don't need to be working there if they don't know nothing about what they are selling. And I will be calling cooperate about this and vompla

I’m a middle aged guy that gets sent here on occasion when I doordash. The staff is always very friendly and go out of their way to help me find the items I need! I oils be lost without them. Thank you!!!

Ulta is our one stop shop for all our hair and makeup needs! The staff is always so helpful and sweet! I feel like a million bucks every time I stop there!
