I have been physically unable to wash, blow-dry and style my hair for months and have needed to rely on others to help with it. The pricing feels comparable to other places in the area, but what makes this so much easier is the ability to book appointments online. I have had my hair done by Monica, Marie, Gabby, and Alana C., and every one of them has been wonderful. They are respectful of time, consistently have me in and out in about 45 minutes, and do a great job every single time. It has been such a relief to have flexible hours outside of a traditional salon schedule. The team is truly a pleasure to work with, and I am very grateful for the care and consistency I have received at Ulta Beauty.

Unwelcome. This is the perfect word to describe how I was made to feel tonight by Sam. I can see based on other experiences at this location that it has happened before. Normally i love this location otherwise it would have been one star. The DOOR WAS OPEN, I rushed in thinking it was closing at 9:00 because my email told me pick up before 9:00…my apologies it was closed-no problem, but the door was open. Two employees just stare at me, finally one does respond nicely (unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was very kind-this is not about her). Sam decides to interject and walk towards me, no smile, no hello sorry we are actually closed like the other nice girl, just a the door was locked…well clearly not because I’m inside(again no problem, you’re closed, my bad I came in an open do

Amazing service! Lead cashier Sam, was the best and extremely helpful. We watched her attempt to satisfy a woman who was upset about a return policy that she “didn’t know about” (or perhaps just didn’t read). Sam was very respectful when dealing with the difficult and disruptive customer; giving options but to no avail as the customer couldn’t get what she wanted . I will be sure to come back to this location again. I wish I could hire a Sam for a business of my own!

I love Ulta especially this location. Everytime im here, the employees greet me & are always so friendly! They constantly ask if i need any help. Very refreshing seeing such pleasant employees because these days, you dont see that often at many places. Thank you!

Went into Ulta today, and I had no idea what to get my niece for her Birthday, and a young girl named Arianna helped me find the perfect gift for her. She was very sweet and kind and I appreciated her help and kindness
