This is an Ulta that does not do makeup??? Just wanted to warn anyone. Looks good otherwise. Just disappointed, when I go to Ulta makeup is the reason. Tons of hair people. If that’s what your looking for.

I’m leaving 3 stars because everyone else in the store is awesome except the older lady with the short hair that I asked to help me. I spend $300+ every time I walk in this store, except for today. I was excited to buy a new fragrance and she couldn’t even be bothered to make a tester, which they have every other time that I’ve asked which has ALWAYS led to the purchase of a new fragrance. When asked if my only solution is to buy the cologne to smell it I was told that I didn’t have to buy the cologne if I don’t want to. Seems I’ll be going somewhere else for my colognes and my wife’s perfumes and makeup. I had a very disappointing visit to Ulta hair salon. I went to get a styled short haircut (I had Pictures) and ending up with a uneven short little boy afro. I also came in a few weeks earlier to make sure they could do the style. My stylist let me know she had 40 plus years of experience and she was very pleasant. I believe she lacked experience with course hair, none of the 1/2 dozen products worked. I didn't like it, my husband didn't like it and we have about 3 weeks before our 25th Anniversary Cruise. I took a few days to think about the appointment before I wrote this review because I didn't want to verbally express feelings then. I really don't have money to throw away. If I were to give stars for the stylist personality I would give her a 5. Looks like I will need to buy a wig.

Went to return some concealer because it was the wrong shade. I was met with the most lovely, vibrant young lady with sparkly eyeshadow who was immediately eager to help me. She processed my return, helped me find a few new products in the right shade, and when I asked for recommendations, she didn’t bring me to the most expensive section of the store. She cared about the value I was receiving. What a refreshing experience. I will absolutely continue to give this location my business. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

First time getting my hair cut professionally in a while and I’m very happy with my experience. I saw Jailene and absolutely will be back. I have damaged hair and she took the time to explain how to help my hair and why she was doing what she was doing. 10/10 recommend coming here !
