I had an incredible experience with the Ulta located at The Village of Orange, thanks to Stephanie. Even though our interaction was over the phone and we ultimately weren’t able to locate the specific product I was searching for, the level of service she provided was truly outstanding. Stephanie was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and made a genuine effort to help by checking options and offering helpful alternatives. Andrea did an amazing job with my brow lamination and wax! She gave me great tips and pointers, and when I had questions about skincare, she recommended really good products that fit my needs. I felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. I would definitely book with her again! Jasmin did an amazing job with my ear piercing! She was quick, careful, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I love the final outcome and had the best experience. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy they opened a location at the village again! This review is for my experience with Andrea. I booked a brow appointment online and was assigned Andrea. She was very meticulous with getting my brow definition just right so I really appreciate that. She also did a few little extra things like a clay mask on trouble spots and an under eye mask so I felt super pampered by the end of my appointment. Plus she was super sweet and gave me tips for filling in my brows without making me feel dumb. I will definitely go back to her!

I had the sweetest girl do my make up Andrea and the manager was also extra nice. They were running behind and a bit over but she did a wonderful job and I would definitely visit again. I just wish I would have got the extra make up for touch ups she promised. Oops. I regret that I didn't have more time, but I will definitely return!

Passed by to buy a product today, Sadly I had to wait 30 min to be attended. I wanted to check if they had a product in stock, walked my self to the front register instead and politely asked for help. The employee instead told me to give her a second and continue to stand there doing nothing she proceeded to walk for the item I mentioned without assuring what I exactly wanted. No questions asked. Awful customer service.
