Gosh, this is a tricky review because the stylist herself was very kind and patient. I brought my two daughters (ages 6 and 8) in for the $15 hair tinsel application. Our appointment was at 4:00 pm and we arrived early at 3:45 pm. Unfortunately, one stylist had called off, so instead of both girls being done at the same time, we waited until about 4:35–4:40 pm for them to be seated. Totally understandable circumstances, but it did make the experience much longer than expected, especially with kids. Once seated, the girls were excited and happy to get started. My youngest chose orange and gold, which were super cute, but the five strands applied were very thin and extremely hard to see. My daughter even mentioned she couldn’t see them, so I politely asked if a few more could be added high

I had a wonderful experience at Ulta thanks to Denise. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.Denise took the time to listen to what I needed and guided me with thoughtful recommendations that made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Her upbeat attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for her support. Denise is a fantastic representative of Ulta, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Management seriously needs to re-evaluate the type of employees being hired at this location because the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. After my experience, I decided to read the reviews and noticed that many others had similar encounters. The staff came across as rude, judgmental, and unwelcoming. It made the environment so uncomfortable that I felt the need to leave quickly. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem like an issue with just one employee—it appeared to be a pattern. This location reflects poorly on the brand and was very disappointing.

Jessica Jessica Jessica! Jessica Wilson that is, Jessica the manager, let me tell you this woman deserves thee highest pay! So I was there for a while with my 8 year old daughter restless ready to go but I was smelling different perfumes to add to my collection when here comes Jessica referring me to the best smelling perfume amongst all the high end brands, juicy couture new one, omgggg I got this one and the new dolce n gabana one but like Jessica said the juicy couture had my man friend saying damn babe you smell good! I said omg Jess said I would 😂😂it smells soooooo good! Girl you are definitely an expert at the best smelling scents because I am so not a fan of floral scents so this one was spot on! I will be back for your advice on my next few bottles. Thanks girly 💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️

Went in yesterday looking for an updated foundation. Im 40 and currently use Fenti tint drops, which is great but noticing lately my under eye is dry and creasing when I use the elf hydrating concealer and morphe pink setting powder. The store manager brought over Jessica to assist and they both listened to my needs. Jessica suggested the Mac radiant concealer and Clinique under eye cream (there was a sale 25%off) . I'm so glad she helped me because it wasn't that I needed a new foundation or all these products (she didn't push any on me) for a solution, but better hydration under my eyes. She also provided primer samples from Mac and today my makeup looked sooooo much better! I'm so glad I didn't end up spending tons of money when I just needed minor tweaks.
