Great store for making a 4/5 into a solid 7/8 much needed for the area.
Today was my first time visiting this location. My husband and I were greeted immediately by a young man at the entrance. While shopping, there were several associates that asked questions and even shared product knowledge. My shopping experience was far beyond exceptional. I'm a loyalty member and will be returning. Thanks for your time and attention, answering my questions about vitamins, skincare, and fragrances. Nice store and staff!
My daughters and I were so excited for the Ulta in Oneonta until we went in the store. I needed help trying to find makeup for my two teenagers and the manager walked away when I asked for help. We will not be going back in to this location.

So glad to have Ulta Beauty in Oneonta! I’ve already been in a few times since it’s opening. Each time I’ve been greeted when entering and has several associates offer to help me find products and offer suggestions.
