I came in not knowing a thing about makeup, learned lots from multiple wonderful ladies! The one who helped me the most was Wendy! She helped me figure out my rewards I didn’t think I had to begin with and it turned out I had like 23 bucks in rewards I could use!! I bought something and this is how I figured it out, I got some brushes but I wanted something better than the ones I originally bought. (I didn’t have lots of money to spend on makeup brushes) So when I found out I had points I came back returned my recent purchase and was able to get the brushes I wanted and needed!! It was a lovely time working with her and all the lovely ladies there, they were helpful and very sweet! Thank you Wendy for being so wonderful! I will be coming back!!

Had a blast! Went in to do my girls tinsel in there hair. Had a lady do there's and a guy do mine they did amazing. So fun and turned out so fun and beautiful! So reasonable 15.00 each. So worth it.

I’ve rarely shopped at Ulta but I will be a regular customer from now on. Maddie K did an amazing job walking me through hair products that would best suit my hair. I am mixed and was never taught on how to take care of my curly hair and she stood there and explained certain products and how to use them! She was extremely helpful. I asked so many questions and she was able to answer them all without hesitation! They were very affordable. Thank you so much Maddie K!!!

An appointment was made for a flat iron and the price was set for around $30. The service was booked with a stylist named Hannah, however a call from the store stated that she wasn’t able to go through with the service, fine. The flat iron got done by another stylist and when she was done with it, it was still puffy as if it was only blown out. Then to top it off the price got up charged to $90 since the stylist blew out the hair. Overall, frustrated is what I’d say the feeling was while walking out of ULTA, shortly after, ULTA was called and they said a refund could not be issued, but a restyle could, which is out of the cards due to personal availability. I do not recommend the hair services if you aren’t 100% certain or confident in who is performing it.

The associates there know are fantastic. Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, they know their beauty items and services. They also know exactly where each product is, under each brand name. That means they can bring you either a sample piece or an unopened piece, in record time.
