I have rarely allowed anyone to cut my hair in over 40 years bc they never seemed to get it right, so I never went back. But, after meeting Rebecca last week, I decided to take a chance. She was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. Before cutting my hair, she took time listen to my expectations. She did a faboulous job cutting & highlighting. This is the first time I have ever had my hair highlighted. Not only was I pleased with the results, but when my husband walked in the house, he couldn't stop raving about how he loved my new look. I video taped his response bc I knew he would be full of compliments. He said Rebecca did an outstanding job and wondered if she could cut his hair, too. So I went to this store, I don't normally shop there, and I bought 2 perfumes. I didn't realize that the Ariana Grande was a 1.7 Oz and $62 and the Marc Jacob's was $165. I found both full size fragrances online for over half the total price. Anyway, I go in and try to return them. I say I just left your store but I want to return them because I found them at a lower price. She says, " Did you have your receipt emailed?" I tell her yes, and she proceeds to tell me that online return receipts have to wait 24hrs to return. WHAT??? So, I leave and started to go to the Southaven location, but decide to call the manager. I said I didn't know there was a time frame on receipt returns. A receipt is a receipt. She tells me she was wrong and to bring the items back. I go back to the store and

I visited this Ulta around 6pm checked out at 6:07pm, I couldn’t stand the “nice nasty harassment” on 9/25. I come in about twice a week as my daughter attends a local tutoring in the area. I use this time to shop and look, however I felt like a criminal tonight. I was stalked throughout the store by the manager, Dee, and another employee. They repeatedly walked behind and in front of me instead of allowing me to shop in peace. At one point, the manager came up to me and handed me a sales flyer as if I couldn’t afford the products I was looking at. I have video evidence showing this interaction. It was demeaning, targeted, and felt like racial profiling. I will not return to this location until Ulta addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with dignity and respec

Update(See Photos): No one deserves this. Since posting this review, my hair has been falling out in clumps like a chemo patient. My doctor noticed I have severe chemical trauma from being in foils for 8 hours straight. I have been severely injured from this chemical burn. I can not brush my hair, walk, move, or even touch my hair without multiple strands falling away, from shaft and even the base. I appreciate the concern shown by corporate Ulta in the comments, but this does not scratch the surface to the level of hair loss and pain I have sustained. Over 70% of my hair is GONE. My job is completely dependent on my professional image. I am completely traumatized. Emotional. Photos attached. This location consistently takes 20 minutes or more to bring your pickup order out after you check in. If you don’t want to deal with curbside pickup, don’t offer it.
