I am 66 years old and have had “interesting” eyebrows for as long as I can remember. This was my second visit to Holly Dowd, the Arch Expert at the Benefit Brow Bar, for tinting and waxing, and I could not be more pleased. Holly is skilled, meticulous, and truly understands how to shape brows in a way that complements your face. For the first time in decades, my eyebrows look natural, defined, and genuinely flattering. After the wax, when my brows were already looking perfect, Holly went a step further and helped me find a concealer and foundation that make an enormous difference—natural, yet more vibrant and polished. Kendra was my stylist. She has the best combination of artistry, aesthetics, and optimism. She is beautiful inside and out which makes her abilities and credibility so life affirming. I needed makeup that would help my aging skin at 60 years of age. She picked out every piece of skincare and cosmetics and showed me how to use them. She made it easy and positive. Had my kids makeup and y eyebrows done by the benefit eyebrow specialist here she was a dream to work with for both my teenage girls. Was knowledgable and helpful. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and Greta job picking out age appropriate makeup for my girls.

Kazumi is wonderful! She shapes, laminates, and tints my brows and they always come out looking amazing. She takes her time to make sure everything is exactly how I like it. On top of her talent, she’s also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I always leave feeling more confident. The managers at the Old Saybrook Ulta location were great by resolving a situation today. I was given some inaccurate info over the phone and drove out 50 minutes as this is the only location with a particular brand I was looking for. She gave me a comparable discount and remained professional and calm throughout my frustration. I will visit this location again.
