By far the absolute BEST shopping experience I’ve ever had! I visited the store today intending to buy tinted moisturizer and what I got in return was the most amazing interaction with Matt and his beautiful teammate whose name I failed to get. They were so attentive and kind! I got so much more than makeup today…I got a powerful moment of encouragement and much needed affirmations. They literally had me crying in the middle of the Clinique section. THANK YOU is simply not enough for what they poured into me today. Ulta is truly blessed to have such a dynamic duo!!!!

I received the most phenomenal hair wash, trim, and blow out of my life from Preston. My appointment was a walk-in, and it was such a strike of luck that Preston was available. I have never had someone care so much about my hair, the amount of precision(!!!) and energy that was put into my service is Something I have not experienced even in the most Upscale salon salons. He listened to my wants & he was incredibly meticulous and had Laser focus on the tiniest little hairs. I went in, hoping to get a little dusting of my split ends, and I don’t think there is a single unsnipped hair on my head. Love going to Ulta because of all the great choices. Also love the great advice when I'm unsure of an appropriate product and customer service was born in an Ulta store! Great sales and easy checkout. Ulta has a wonderful culture of embracing diversity and welcoming people. It shows in their products and personnel.

On my recent visits to Ulta in Olathe, I felt unsafe and unwelcome due to the behavior of certain staff. One employee followed me around, made loud comments about the products I was picking up, and even rolled a cart quickly toward me without acknowledging my space. His actions felt invasive and taunting, and I remained silent throughout the experience because I did not want to escalate the situation. On my first visit, the same employee did not greet me but greeted the customer after me. When I asked about a product’s price, he responded dismissively, saying, *“Those prices are not really there, you have to interact with someone like you just did with me.”* That tone felt rude and unprofessional.
