I went in for tinsel with my friends, everything was smooth up until i had left the salon. I had left and my friends had noticed my bead was showing and it was a way lighter color than my hair which wasn't such a big deal but they also noticed a chunk of my hair was cut!! The stylist i went to was vanessa p. She was a bit rude but we just brushed it off. My hair was uneven and she even had the nerve to cut in front of me when i was at check out because she was an employee. I went back the next day to address the problem. i had asked for a manager and the manager i got was rude and acted like she didn't have the time to hear me out. i was not rude to either of them, she kept telling me she didn't know what i was trying to say and that thats just how the tinsel is suppose to be. I can’t express how incredible my experience was today! I had the pleasure of meeting Shayla, their new hairstylist. I hadn’t had my hair done in years, but Shayla colored, highlighted, and gave me the perfect cut. It looks beautiful, and she made me feel as if I had known her my whole life—she truly is an amazing woman, and her 20 years of experience really shows. Brittany, the manager, was incredibly kind as well. She made me feel completely at home, and I hope corporate recognizes just how exceptional these women are. Serenity, who assisted me during checkout, was also a delight. I often struggle with anxiety and get nervous during the checkout process, but she made the experience smooth and comfortable. I wish I could give a 0 star. I mean some other girls are very helpful and helped me out of my questions but there was this girl named Madison at the cashier and was asking me to put my bag at the cashier even it wasn’t full yet. I was looking for the small perfumes or gift set. She was very annoying and I finally said ok. 2nd encounter is I reached out some perfumes by the cashier and she told me that I am not supposed to be there, then how can I get those stuff on the shelves by the cashier? so I said ok. Then few minutes after she and other girl looking at me and talked behind my back while I was still buying stuff, I noticed they are looking at me and talking about me and then I gave up I said to them “ I am done in this store, you guys are talking behind my back as like I am stealing
