I normally don’t write reviews but the service I received at the Beauty Salon was 5 stars. For some context I have had some not so great experiences getting my hair done in the past so I’ve always been very cautious about who I go to. My sister had recently gotten her hair done with Olivia at the Oceanside location and she recommended I go to her as well. Let me just say Oliva, she DID THAT!!! I love my cut it was exactly what I wanted. What I really enjoyed about the experience was being able to have a open conversation about how I wanted my hair, what my expectations were and what I should expect. Olivia was very kind and understanding. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

I was in today to buy a few products, but was trying to get information on a certain hair product. I was unable to find anyone on the floor after circling the aisles, so I asked the only employee I saw. She said she was completing a hair service and couldn’t answer any questions. When I told her i totally understand, but I couldn’t find any other employees on the floor she said “well, we’re really busy today”. I’m not sure about that as the checkout line only had three customers at that time. Also, did not see anyone on the floor, even helping other people. I felt very dismissed by how curt her reply was. I feel in any other store / situation they would maybe radio and say “hey, I have a customer back here who needs assistance, can someone come help when they get a chance?” I was not in a

I had had my eyebrows tinted at the Benefit Brow Bar with Yasmin S. It was a great experience. She was very professional and welcoming. She picked out a tint color for my brows that complimented my natural brow color, educated me on a different way to shape my brows, and gave me tips for them to grow and be healthy. I left with beautiful brows, a gift bag and more knowledge than I originally had!

I get my eyebrows done as needed whenever i have time and usually go to ulta. I don’t have a specific store but wanted to try the location closest to home. I wish i didn’t. Although Yasmin mentioned one eyebrow is unlike the other, there is significant differences now that she has “done” them. One is much shorter and noticeable shorter than the other. I can see where she took hair off rather than keep hair on the tail. In comparison to my other brow, you can see a “bald spot” toward the tail. I’m unhappy with my brows and will not be coming back to this location to have them done. Ulta garden city does a much better job and they actually give you the total service included which includes eye pad mask and pore cleansing mask for your nose which is standard in every ulta but many employees a

Had an amazing haircut and treatment with Olivia! She was so sweet and helpful, and explained every step of the process. 10/10 would recommend. I love the way my hair turned out!
