Annie at Ulta was absolutely wonderful! ❤️From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was genuinely kind, gave me the sweetest compliments, and took real interest in the products I was purchasing. Her positive energy and attentiveness made my shopping experience even better. Customer service like hers truly stands out, give that girl a RAISE! Ulta is lucky to have her!

Yesterday, around 1:30pm i placed a pickup order for an item I saw on the Ulta app while I was shopping at a previous store. The simplest item I ordered was a sunscreen. I was hoping that by the time I got to Ulta, my pick-up item would be ready. It was not. I got to the store around 2:22-2:30pm and I understand that you'll get a text or email about your pick-up item being ready, but my concern is that it should not take up to an hour or two just to find an item for pick-up, especially if it is in stock. Pick-up items should be a high priority as well. I've worked in retail before, so I know how the process works, but it should have not taken almost 2hrs. I think this Ulta location needs to work on having more employee's, get back to greeting customers when they first walk in and acknowled

I received my birthday $10 off coupon and, like anyone would, I went into the store excited to shop and use it. When I checked out, the associate told me I couldn’t use the full $10, even though my email clearly had no restrictions stating that the discount would be reduced based on my total. I’ve used this same birthday coupon in previous years, and I’ve always been able to use the full $10—even when my total was close in amount. This time, my total was $12. I specifically asked for the $10 birthday coupon to be applied first, and then planned to use my points to cover the remaining $2 balance. Instead, the associate only applied $7 from my coupon, used $3 in points, and still charged me $2 out of pocket. When I questioned it, she told me, “You can’t do that anymore,” and even claimed sh

My granddaughter had a slight meltdown at the register when the items she picked out went over her $200 budget. Oksana stepped in with such calm, patience, and genuine care. Instead of rushing us or making her feel embarrassed, she took the time to walk around the store with my granddaughter, helping her swap out items so she could stay within her budget. She turned a stressful moment into a positive experience and treated her with so much compassion and understanding. Oksana is exactly the kind of person who makes customers want to come back. Thank you for your caring attitude and amazing customer service—it truly made our day. 💕

I arrived to Ulta extremely excited for my Galentines Blow Out class. After meeting my stylist and getting acquainted in the chair it became clear that no one was aware of the promotion. There was zero prep for the class or what the class even entailed. After 10 mins of my stylist trying to figure out what was happening, we began the blowout. It became clear this was nothing like what was described. During the blowout the stylist was attempting to be as helpful as possible. Unfortunately, I was pretty annoyed and frustrated that we were just winging the course with not a lot of guidance. All and all my hair did look ok but not what I envisioned. I will not be back to Ulta for any services and most, importantly guidance on my look or style.
