Went to their salon for the first time and was pretty disappointed. The young girl who cut my hair seemed very inexperienced and afraid to touch my hair. I specifically told her I needed my roots touched up and to match my existing hair precisely. Well the color isnt even close to my regular hair color. Its very red, I have dark brown hair! She got her color chart placed it over my head and then left, never showing me the color. I trusted I was in a professionals hands who knew downtown color match. The cut was pretty uneven and I ever asked her to thin out any thick areas as my hair is pretty thick. To top it off I felt like I was at a salon school paying full salon prices. She still is very green. I wouldn't be as annoyed with the whole thing if I didnt spend over $130 for a mens hai

I took my wife to this Ulta Beauty store location after we finish eating dinner nearby. She needed to buy some gifts for her secret santa. We came around 7pm on a Friday night and there was a lot of parking probably because it's one of the last stores open in the plaza. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. The worker was very helpful on directing us where the products my wife wanted were at. The store is pretty big inside and they have a lot of items. My wife found everything she wanted at this store. The worker at the cashier was also helpful when telling my wife that if she has the app and open an account then she'll get some saving.

Been going to this ulta for years. The workers are nice. Testers are usually kind of always broken or messy but I think that goes for all testers in any store. Most specifically I like one of the ladies that works the perfume department. She has convinced me multiple to buy perfumes I honestly didn't need but I love them.
