For my experience of this review I had an online purchase. Went quick and easy. Although the color of the hair straightener was not correct. The person receiving the gift was fine with it. I feel this was due to the ordering online didn't give me a choice of the color so we assumed it was what the photo showed.

Katy A is awesome. She cut my hair and my daughter’s hair. We love the haircut she did great job. Diffidently going back again !

Jayla was super helpful in assisting me with my Clinique products! The ladies working the cash registers are always pleasant as well.

I have been a ulta costumer for years and I the way current management is training the employees here is horrible and manipulative! I’ve never had an issue getting a transition through and when I was checking out I had an employee tell me that she could not finish the transaction unless if I gave up my phone number and information to sign up for their rewards! And when I said no you can’t force me to give you anything you can ring it out fine the blonde haired manager started to talk to me like I was in the wrong for getting upset! I work sales I handle these numbers at my own job so I know you are training your employees to say that to make numbers and that’s gross. I walked into Ulta on a simple quest - for some good-smelling cologne. I pointed at the sample bottles (because, like most humans, I don't memorize individual box designs). The associate nodded, took her time reading the labels, seemed confident- so I assumed all was well. She grabs the boxes, we head to the register. Smooth transaction. No drama. Cut to me at home, opening the boxes like it's Christmas morning... only to discover I have been bamboozled. These are not the colognes I pointed at. These are the colognes of an entirely different man. So... buyer beware: even if the associate takes a solid minute to "make sure" it's right, doible-check the boxes yourself or leave the plastic packaging untouched. Unless you, too, want to join me in the land of No Returns and Eternal Regret.
