First off all, this store is always so colorful and warm and inviting. Unfortunately, products can be a little tricky to find sometimes due to being out of stock in store—but it’s also the holidays, so maybe it’s just the time of year! I’ve been in this store 3 different times in the last month and every time I’ve had the absolute pleasure of experiencing their top tier customer service. The one I’d like to mention, is Dermott. This sweet soul GENUINELY wants to help you find what you need and what will work best for you. The first time I was in, he took the time to help me find something in my budget, then find me the right product, AND THEN he went even further to color match me ✨ I thought “wow.. that was an amazing experience”. My husband and I recently visited the North Myrtle Beach Ulta in hopes of sampling a Valentino fragrance. Upon inquiring about testers, a manager informed us that all testers had reportedly been stolen and that she was not prepared to open a new bottle for testing. This was disappointing, especially considering that testers for other brands were still readily available. We mentioned that at another Ulta location, staff had been able to open a bottle and log it as a tester, but we were firmly told that was not an option here and that our only choice was to purchase the fragrance outright—something we were not comfortable doing without a sample, given the expense. Nefertiti was the best from the second I walked in she greeted me and asked if I needed help. She color matched me and made me feel so good about myself.I have very bad acne and redness on my face but she still made me feel so pretty and good about myself. I would definitely recommend her if you need help around the store she is very knowledgeable.

I have shopped at Ulta all over the country. I started visiting this store in North Myrtle Beach since it was close to work. Wow! What an amazing experience! This will now be the only Ulta that I spend my money at. Talk about being pampered! Spoil me! I first started with cosmetics. Now I have moved onto salon service! What a novel idea! I am impressed!
