I was happy with the customer service of Alexandra and Alberto. One staff was busy and Alexandra initiated to take over and help me. Alexandra took her time to give her hair product recommendations with me and patiently answer my product questions. Alberto also jumped in and offered assistance when he saw me looking like a lost puppy in the store. He is quick and accommodating. He assisted me with a product I've been eyeing to try and after assisting me next moment he is in the cashier assisting other customers. The customer service I experienced with them was good, light and positive.

My wife and I came to this Ulta Beauty store after we finished eating across the street. She wanted to check out their makeup selection here so we took advantage of being in NoHo West plaza. They weren't as busy tonight and they had a lot of items stocked here. The store is nicely organized and ready for the holiday season. My wife saw some face stuff and hair stuff that she like. I looked at their cologne, they had some nice options but be aware it's in a glass display. There were employees walking around ready to help customers if they have any questions.

What a great team! Always someone around willing to help. I’m very picky with my brows and Liz did a great job. She paid lots of care and attention. Will definitely be back.

I went in on Saturday to re-stock on some of my items and buy a new face wash . The only employee that asked if I needed help and greeted me was Angel . I told him what my current concerns with my face wash were and asked him what he could recommend . Angel was so knowledgeable, and gave me different options to choose from . Besides being knowledgeable, he was very polite and had a great attitude. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same for the other employees. There was a young lady re-stocking the elf makeup and was blocking the aisle . She didn’t bother saying hello, neither did she provide me any kind of acknowledgement. I had to move her cart in order for me to reach the product I needed , and it wasn’t until I did that when she asked “oh am I in your way?” I hope the rest of the team

Avoid this location, they are lying to achieve a quota for phone numbers and accounts. I went in to buy 2 gift cards, the cashier is like "you need a rewards account to make a purchase." Huhhh? Fine I needed the cards. I always shopped in other location with no issues definitely not going to return there, would rather drive to burbank or sherman oaks
