I’ve now had two appointments with Antonia at Ulta Beauty — the first for a haircut and the second for a keratin treatment and color — and both experiences were outstanding. Antonia truly listened to what I wanted and worked with me to help bring my vision to life. She also took the time to help select products tailored to my needs, being especially mindful of things like my allergies, which I greatly appreciated. Her expertise, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made me feel completely confident in her care. Not only did she deliver beautiful results, but she also created a welcoming experience from start to finish. I left each appointment feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with my hair. I highly recommend booking with Antonia — you will be in excellent hands!

I saw Antonio a couple weeks ago for just a blow out and treatment. She was able to help me figure out how to fix the discoloration in my hair and I came back a few weeks later for color and a keratin treatment. She was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out what options would look best on me and be best for my life style. I’m absolutely obsessed with my new hair and so incredibly grateful to have found a trust worthy and talented hair stylist!

I went to get a hair transformation yesterday (color + cut), and Antonia the elite stylist took care of me. I wanted a jellyfish haircut and even though she didn't have experience with that particular style she was up to the challenge and absolutely NAILED IT! She took her time with me, answered any questions I had, provided top notch product recommendations, and she made sure I left the salon happy. I am absolutely blown away by her skills, attention to detail snd kindness. I've never loved my hair until now.! will be a returning customer, and I can confidently reccomend Antonia to anyone! :)

I went yesterday to buy a perfume for my daughter and the person I asked if they carried the Morracan Oil perfume, was so rude and bothered I asked her if they carried it. She sucked her teeth and said yes we are stocking now, can you shop around until its out, I said "no, im here just forcthat". She again sucked her teeth turned around and it was in the box she was taking perfume out. I asked her if they had one that was on display so I could smell the other scent, again with the teeth sucking but now there was a huffing sound. The rudeness, the lack of customer service and the attitude was bad. That princess needs to stay home and not deal with the public

Usually I don’t write negative reviews but honestly this Ulta has such a bad attitude I had too. I had an appointment this morning with benefit brows for a Wax. When I arrived no one greeted me and no one came to check me in until I found the employee myself. Secondly I am a licensed cosmetologist I know the rules for proper sanitation and I got none of it for my appointment. When my appointment started she put me in a salon chair and continued her conversation with her coworker. She put a dirty towel on me then proceeded to put wax on me with no draping just a dirty towel with huge brown dye mark on it and she did not clean my chin before waxing which is required. As she waxed me she didn’t check if I was uncomfortable which I was not. My head hurt so bad, I had zero support bc I’m sittin
