Save your time if you're POC. They have no shades for anyone beyond olive complexion despite being salespersons for Fenty Beauty. They don't sell it in store and will tell you to use bronzer instead... Bronzer.. Instead of just having foundation for POC. Ridiculous and a dog whistle. If you don't want POC there, might as well put a sign out again and let us know loudly and proudly. Don't forget that they will follow you around and ask a million times if you need help instead of just letting you browse. Breathing over your shoulder while other people are pocketing and walking right on out with their inventory.. Guess its their karma.

What a wonderful place for us girls… but some of the products were still not available as i expected it to be when i researched online about Ulta.. it would have been great to have more varieties that help us ..

I recently visited the Ulta Beauty in Niagara Falls and was beyond impressed. The store itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and easy to navigate — a real pleasure to shop in. Most importantly, I want to give special recognition to the store manager, Abby. She went above and beyond helping a friend of mine select makeup that perfectly matched her skin tone. Abby was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s refreshing to see a brick-and-mortar business delivering such exceptional customer service in today’s world of online shopping. Abby’s dedication and professionalism truly set this store apart. Kudos to her and the entire Ulta Beauty team — I highly recommend this location!

I recently visited this location and the service was great. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lady who helped me, but she was lovely and recommended the NOYZ collection. Thank you for the suggestion and your help!

Mary Anne was SO helpful! I've been struggling to find a foundation that doesn't turn me orange, and she was so sweet and helpful in making sure I had a foundation I loved, looked good, AND was cruelty free (which was an absolute must for me. So glad I came in today!!!
