Sales staff were friendly, but after reviewing my large purchase at home, I discovered a small item (an eyeliner) was missing from my bag. When I returned a few days later (delayed by snow), the manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to help, citing “store policy”, refusing to help or even listen. I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. Update: The store’s general manager promptly followed up, investigated the issue, and the item was found and returned. I appreciate the accountability and how the situation was handled, therefore updating my rating.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. One of the workers completely ruined my shopping experience and to be honest I just wanted to leave. I never leave negative reviews but for a big corporations with snobby workers…. I will happily:) I was testing a foundation to make sure it was a match before I bought it and a worker came over to me and was very condescending and rude saying I couldn’t swatch it and ripped it out of my hand. Very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth.Not sure what her name was I think it was Nicole. Definitely won’t be returning to this ulta. If you want to have your day ruined come here!

I always go into Ulta and never get what is the right product for my needs. It’s mostly people pushing only certain brands not listening to my needs. Today I came in and Dawn helped me she is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly honest. She knew exactly what I don’t want and guided me to get the perfect products for my face. I always talk to her at the register and she is always amazing but today she was on the floor and helped me and she was spot on. I just did my makeup with my new products and they are perfect .Do yourself a favor and ask for Dawn she is honest, sweet and will steer you in the right direction always . Such a pleasure .

i went here to get a new lip liner that the Ulta website had said just released in stores. BUT when i went to this ulta, the lip liner was no where to be seen! pretty quickly after entering, an employee asked if i needed help. i told her about the lip liner, and she said that they had just got the shipment, and it was still in the back, needing to be sorted. she told me she would look real quick, i said thank you appreciate it. she comes back a couple minutes later, telling me that she knows it's there, but there's a lot of products so it's difficult to find. this is where the magic happens. i tell her "don't worry about it!" but now she was wasn't going to stop until she found that lip liner. eventually, it seemed like every other employee in the store went looking for this lip liner. al

I am visiting family for longer than expected and needed to have my roots colored. I easily made an appointment with Tamara and was thrilled with the results! She matched my color perfectly. She is very personable and made me feel comfortable. I'd give her a 10 out of 10 stars! The price is set by Ulta and I found it to be very reasonable.
