We had the absolute best experience at Ulta celebrating my 11-year-old granddaughter’s birthday! Morgan and The entire staff was kind, patient, and made every girl feel special. Everything was organized, fun, and age-appropriate, and the birthday girl felt like a star. Thank you for helping us create such a memorable day—highly recommend for a fun and confidence-boosting birthday experience!

Went in for a cut and color at the salon - with a master stylist I asked for a simple short cut and a blonde/money piece bang and just a allover color and highlights my color was no where near what I asked for I got foil highlights around my face and up to half of the top of my head initially I told the stylist it's not really what I wanted but it doesn't look horrible and I can always add more on the next visit she had styled it nicely so I did not notice the cut - once I washed my hair I noticed the cut!! It was so uneven and choppy at the ends I called and asked if they can look at the manager asked me to come in and I saw their top stylist - she took one look at me and said "oh wow" .. I was speechless I showed her a picture of what I had asked for and she said " she must of not been

I love this Ulta and I love the majority of the staff. Codey Anne does the ABSOLUTE BEST eyebrows. You have to book her in advance because she will book up fast. Robyn is a super sweet vendor and Cookie is a MAC guru. I’ve only had one bad experience here and that’s when this manager thought that I was going to steal a travel sized perfume and she literally followed me around the store awkwardly before I literally said “OMG, I’m not going to steal here take the perfume behind the counter”. She put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t prefer her. But, again this place has a great selection and Codey, Robyn and Cookie provide excellent customer service. I will also say that often times the lines are extremely long, almost to the back of the store. They don’t seem to have fast or enough cashi

Pretty store, awful workers. I went in and asked a lady if she could take a quick look in the back for an item and she sent her coworker to do it, he went to the back and came back out, didn’t say a word about the product and just walked around looking down on his ACTUAL PHONE, not even the store device. The checkout lady, that seemed to be one of the managers didn’t even look at us or greet us in anyway, and she rolled her eyes when we had said thank you when finishing our purchase. I’ve been here 3 times and have yet to have a good experience.

I had an absolute positive shopping experience in this store. I was looking into getting a good lipstick for myself and the employee were not only kind, but informative about the products, too.
