I would leave a better score , but i'm not going to only because the lady in the store that refused to help me. Usually , when a customer is walking around looking clueless , some of the staff will say , can I help you!!! Just to give a description of this lady older lady short Gray hair curly, she wore glasses.She didn't look like she wanted to be at work anyway She did not she could have cared less.However, I did find Maddie which was a perfect person staff.She actually needs a raise in my opinion.She was great.Thank you , maddie , for helping me so much!!!

Sherrell isss absolutely nothing but amazing! I am a returning customer and forever will be! She has been doing my hair for a while now. She is very personable, understanding and friendly. She makes the visit feel like an all over spa treatment.

I visited the Newnan, GA location twice yesterday. When I walked in there was an associate organizing items at the front, never acknowledged my existence. It was my first time being in this location since they moved from Ashley Park. I stopped, to scan the store to find the perfume section. Looking lost, I finally made eye contact with the employee so simply said "Welcome to Ulta"... Never asked if I needed help finding anything. Once I finally found the perfume section, I wondered around there for a good while, no one offered to help me. I tried a few samples and walked out. Later that day, I returned with my husband so he could help me decide on a scent. Still, no welcoming when we got there. We were in the perfume section for probably 15-20 mins, no one offered to help us. I finally tra

My hairstylist Sherrell was amazing! She was patient, took her time and gave me the exact hairstyle I wanted. I have never had anyone able to give me the exact haircut I wanted and just for that, I will be a returning customer for her. Not to mention, she is super sweet and personable. Love Sherrell and highly recommend her for anyone that’s wanting to up their hair game!

Sherell is an incredible stylist and makes me feel comfortable every time I come in. She has been my stylist for about a year now and I have never seen or felt my hair being so healthy since I’ve started to see her. Every interaction with her has always been so personal and I have never felt uncomfortable or awkward with her. I can 100% say that you would not regret booking her for your next appointment.
