Had an appointment at 2:45 for just a quick trim. I came in 2:46 and checked in, The stylist said she call me when ready in just a little.. I left after 3:30 Still no call.. Finally get a call 4:18pm ready for you.. What a waste of time will never come back! Can see why this salon is on its last knee. My time is just as important as the stylist! Inconsiderate

Nobody Greeted or acknowledge me. The store is a mess workers are unprofessional. Except the young lady who was checking out on 1/13/26 at or about 1:30 pm please don't go there its hood everything is locked up or stolen. Please don't touch the back stock on the sales floor. I never seen back stock like this on the sales floor until now. lol

Excellent selection of black hair care products and makeup for women of color. They had the new Tracee Ellis-Ross Pattern Line, Shea Moisture, Juvia Makeup palettes. Clean organized store. The sales people made this a pleasant shopping experience.

What happened to the professionals that were employed tbat could color match and help me with picking the right products for a specific look? I miss how knowledgeable the staff used to be. Please pay your workers more so they can care again.
