One of my very most uncomfortable experiences at Ulta ever! The manager was absolutely ripping apart, one of the girls that work there because she dropped some stuff on the floor. i asked for some help picking out some foundation and was told to wait while the manager looked through a coworkers belongings before they left for the day. well, I understand that this is something that they probably have to do based on what corporate says, I do think it should happen in private outside of customer’s eyes. It was very uncomfortable. The lady that worked there that got ripped on about the floor accidentally drug a bag with foundation in it back to where they take out the trash and apparently one of the bottles had broken so foundation got on the floor. Do yourself a BIG favor- please shop somewhere else. This location is the worst retail venue I have ever encountered. The sales help; rude, condescending and should find somewhere else to work. I will not be returning and again, strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. I read previous reviews (worse than mine) and wonder why the horrors persist. Where is the corporate oversight? Asleep at the wheel. Clean out the entire staff.

This was the worst hair cut experience that I have ever had. I wanted a simple trim, she suggested I let her blow dry but would not let me look until she finished. It was awful, did not do the trim/cut that I ask for. She said she wanted me to look different than I did when I came in, that was not what I wanted. I told her I hated it.She said when I got home , my husband would love it. My husband passed recently, totally inappropriate statement on many levels. I will never go back.

I had THE BEST experience today! I have been to this Ulta tons of times and it's always nice. Very clean, very helpful, very knowledgeable staff! Today two of the employees went above and beyond! Thank you Becky & Morgan! You are game changers!

I walked in the door and within seconds two Associates were there to help. I found the wellness section to be unorganized. I was disappointed at arrival to find the online shop said no stock of the items I was looking for. Yet at the wellness section there were the items. It would be helpful to update stock levels so your customers don't have to drive around to stores or walk in and not find items.
